HouseSouth Incorporated is a unique property management company specializing in lease purchasing.  We always seem to have many more tenant/buyers than we do properties to offer them, so we are looking for additional nice properties in good areas.

First, we make the rent payments directly to you every month, not the tenant/buyer.  We then collect the rent from them.  So you have no rent collection problems , ever, and we can guarantee timely payments.  Even if your property should be vacant we will continue to make payments to you, as specified in our agreement with you.

We are responsible for maintenance and repairs during the term of our agreement, not you.  If a hot water heater breaks, or a garbage disposal needs replacing, we are responsible for that as well.  This frees you up from tenants and toilets.

When your property sells you pay no realtor fees or commissions of any kind!  Our services are free of charge to the homeowner.  We buy/lease/sell houses, mobile homes, and multi-family residential units.
